I started cycling about 15 years ago. love the change of sceneries, the experience, rewarding myself.
Whenever I do not feel like going for a bike ride, swim or run, I do remember how good a cake or ice cold beer can taste
afterward :-). and: new gears can really make me look forward for my next swim, bike or run.
After all: if I am feeling bored or stuck into routine, tired or busy with my job,I tell myself to be happy that i am healthy and thankfull to have
the ability and strenght to do the sport I love.
