Last year, after 2 Ultras and a mountain marathon in preparation for the next ultra contracted a plantar fasciitis. Since then switched to the bike.
Roadbike, MTB and Gravel.
Occupationally I work with disabled people and cycling and running are the perfect balance to the job.
