That’s who I am.
I’m Valerie, a mum, a wife , an nmo -fighter , an a proud Elsassian ( small part of east France near Switzerland and Germany )
Since a child, I always loved sports and outdoors.
I learnt the hard way that you cannot take anything for granted. 5 years ago, I had to rethink my whole life and it took me some time to adjust to this new « me ».
A little while ago, when I woke up one morning, I just wanted to go back on a bike. I I did 🙂
I bought my first road bike , and now I ride.
Alongside yoga and walking, it just makes me feel alive, free and grateful
