Jeroen Slagter (1975) Assen ( The Netherlands)
Hello AllBlack’s, my name is Jeroen, 45 years young from the Netherlands. When I was eleven years I started riding a race bike thanks to a school project. From that moment I did a lot of races all over the world. Won some, lost more 😉. Participated World Championship at the age of 18 (team time trial).
At the age of 25 I quit the races and started riding just for fun, met the girl who I married 13 years ago, and made two lovely daughters aged 8 & 3 now. I work in a Casino 🎰 more than 22 years. My hobby is airplanes, I collect miniature planes and I’m interested in planes generally.
The last five years I ride my bike with a artificial hip, I broke my hip in 2010 with skiing ⛷ and a few years later I had the diagnosis of head necrosis.
