My Name is Karen Lagos, Honduran, amateur and fan of cycling.
I started this beautiful adventure three years ago, in the beginning it was all about having a sports hobby and having other sport options that were not inside a gym; I started doing mtb, but then I started to try road cycling and it fascinated me more. Feeling that feeling of freedom that gives you when riding the bike is unique. I love being able to travel and take my bike to ride elsewhere.
Cycling is one of those sports that has taught me, that everything is a process, learning to get involved, what is the correct position on the bike, how to control your breathing, etc. understand that you are not born knowing something, but that with time you are improving.
A year ago I started competing, and that adrenaline rush is the best, you can’t describe that feeling of knowing that you are suffering, but you still love it.
So I encourage you to try this wonderful sport, like cycling.
